Our office hours are 08.30 - 17.00 UK time, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, urgent media enquiries requiring IHQ support should be sent to our out-of-hours mailbox.

Only media-related enquiries will be responded to.

All other correspondence or requests for help to The Salvation Army should be directed to the appropriate national or regional office.
