The Women Leaders Conference 2024 was held at the HRD Centre in Chennai from December 3rd to 5th, 2024. The theme of the conference was "Breaking the Barrier: Empowering Women to Lead." The chief guest was Commissioner Mani Kumari, International Secretary for South Asia from IHQ London, who also served as one of the resource persons. Other key resource persons included Colonel Annamma Simon, National Secretary for Women's Development in India, Colonel Lalhlimpuii, Territorial President of Women's Ministries in the India Eastern Territory, Major Anugrah Masih, Zonal Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Response Coordinator, Rev. Jyoti Samuel Sing Pillai, Executive secretary, commission for women's Concerns, NCCI, Dr. M. Suvarna Retnam, Principal in Chennai, and Mr. Bhaskar Kiran Kumar Mathangi, Documentation Officer at Gram Vikas Peace Foundation.
Throughout the seminar, there were open discussions about women's issues and how to break barriers to become effective leaders in the community. The conference empowered all the delegates, encouraging them to lead their communities and take on their responsibilities with confidence.
