The Salvation Army is proud to partner with the Boy Scouts and the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in remembering those who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks on September 11 in New York City. The Scout Salute begins at 7:00 a.m. and additional events and tributes will occur throughout the day. Major Bob Webster, Senior Kroc Officer / South Bend Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center will present his story at 8:55 a.m. The Salvation Army Brass Band will perform at 7:00 p.m. and The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services Canteen will provide hydration and snacks throughout the day and evening.
