The Salvation Army and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are asking you to help us Stuff the Bus by donating school supplies for children in need. A donation bin will be available at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, located at 2700 East Beltline Road Grand Rapids, MI 49546 from Friday, July 19 through Sunday, August 4 to collect school supplies.

According to the Kids Count in Michigan Databook 2012, 23.1% of children ages 0 to 17 in Kent County live in poverty. That is nearly one in four children in our community! Your donations are essential to help these children achieve in school.

To thank you for your donation, Krispy Kreme will give away a free doughnut in return for each school supply. And, for every backpack donated, Krispy Kreme will give you a free dozen doughnuts! School supplies needed include:
