The Salvation Army is on the leading edge of drug and alcohol rehabilitation efforts in Kent County. Our two rehabilitation facilities – Turning Point Programs and The Adult Rehabilitation Center - reach over 1,300 individuals every year, empowering them to overcome addictions and reconnect with their lives.

Turning Point Programs has provided professional and comprehensive treatment of substance use disorders in West Michigan since 1973. It offers a refuge for West Michigan residents desiring to overcome active addictions. For more information regarding The Salvation Army Turning Point Programs, please visit: turningpointgr.org

The Adult Rehabilitation Center has provided spiritual, social, and emotional assistance for men and women for over 100 years. Funding for The Center comes from the sale of donated goods, such as clothing, furniture and gently-used household items.
