Commissioner Ivor Telfer, who leads The Salvation Army’s Ukraine Response Unit, spoke to Dave Piper at TWR-UK in an interview first broadcast on Thursday 8 June.
The Salvation Army has been working in Ukraine since 1993 and there are currently eight corps (churches) in the country.
