Technology Project Manager

The Salvation Army is seeking a Technology Project Manager for its Information Technology Department based in London. You will be a core member of the IT team with responsibility for managing Technology Projects for The Salvation Army International Headquarters and the Army’s Supported Territories.


  • 5+ years’ IT PM experience including:
    • Planning
    • Governance
    • Quality management & Project Assurance
    • Management Reporting
    • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Experience of working with PMO tools – portfolio management, project management, collaboration, internal social networking and data visualisation
  • Experience of a range of project methodologies including Waterfall, Prince2, Agile, lean
  • ITIL Certificate, PRINCE2 Practitioner

You will need to be proactive, innovative and enjoy supporting people, working well within a team.  You will remain calm under pressure and have the ability to solve problems, maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.  

You will be in sympathy with the aims and objectives of The Salvation Army. 

Salary:                       £50 – 55k per annum

Hours:                           35 per week  

Benefits:                       Contributory Pension Scheme; Generous Travel to work Allowance 

                                         25 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays per annum
