Recruitment and Retention in Social Services

Social Services Europe has recently published a new report and recommendations on recruitment and retention in social services. The report makes the case for increasing investment in the social services sector so that new jobs can be created to meet the growing demand for social services. The recommendations include specific measures to meet the needs of recruitment and retention in the social services sector to overcome problems the sector will face in the future.
