The EU Affairs Office is offering an internship for a young Salvationist* to join its team in Brussels for a placement of 6-12 months. This can be as part of relevant university internship programme, or a Salvation Army placement programme, for example a gap year or volunteer opportunity. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about the workings of the European Union, to meet and work with other European level NGOs, to work on issues of migration, social justice, human-trafficking and Roma inclusion, and will give overall support the work of the EU Affairs Office, including developing the external communications, writing reports and supporting the organisation of events.
